1,200 kg of raw metals (including heavy metal ores).
90 kg of other materials like plastic, paper, copper, magnesium, and lithium
Some of these, such as silicon, are considered critical raw materials.
Carbon Footprint
Producing one laptop generates around 200–350 kg of CO2e, of which 75–85% comes from manufacturing components like motherboards, SSDs, and screens.
Emissions from Transport
Transporting one laptop generates approx. 30 kg of CO2, mainly due to the use of air freight.
